The Importance of Overall Wellness

We as humans are comprised of three nature's; mind, body, and spirit. The things we consume, watch, listen, and engage in daily have an affect on our overall health. At the TS Wellness Corner, I will provide tips and techniques that can benefit and improve overall Wellness. As a licensed professional counselor, I have worked with numerous clients that experience negative symptoms because of lifestyle habits. Adjusting these things can be a simple as getting more rest, walking in the evenings, listening to inspirational messages in the morning, or telling others what you really think rather than holding it in. Remaining silent and suppressing previous hurt can cause physical illness, mental duress, and/ or spiritual challenges.
